Workshop with Robin quirke

An important aspect to inclusion efforts within any organization is an assessment of the existing culture and how it mirrors the societal mainstream. From there, conscious decisions can be made on how to upgrade or "remodel" the current organizational culture.

This workshop explores the values, norms, and expectations that surround us within the walls of mainstream educational institutions, and then asks the questions: Where did these norms come from, how do they affect our students (and ourselves), and which would we like to let go of?

• Available via Zoom or in-person (if all are fully vaxxed, boostered, and stay N95 masked during presentation)
• Generally takes 2 hours (with 30 or less participants)
• Cost negotiable (never more than $500)
• 100% of fee goes to equity fund for BIPOC students
